House Rules

Check in time after 3:00pm
Check out before 11:00am

All of our rates are based on 2 people sharing a double room and includes breakfast

Breakfast is served in our guest lounge between 8:00am -10:00am every morning. Please ask if you require an earlier breakfast, we can provide you with a breakfast box for your room.

At weekends and bank holidays, a minimum two night stay is required.
We occasionally have one night stays available. If you are interested in a one night stay, please call 01424 817752 or email hello@moorehousehastings for availability.


Cancellation policy

 

A 50% deposit is required when booking to secure you room, you may cancel free of charge 7 days prior to arrival any cancellation after this date will result in 100% of your total booking being charged.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged to the card used to secure your booking.


Dogs

 

We welcome small well-behaved dogs in our ground floor room only by prior arrangement with a £15 cleaning charge per night please call to book.


Children

 

We welcome children over the age of 10 years old and can provide an extra bed in our larger rooms this is by prior arrangement only and will include a surcharge of £15 per child per night to include breakfast. If you are thinking of booking Moore House exclusively children of all ages are welcome, and we can provide travel cots high chairs etc. We have this rule in place not because we don’t like children we love them and have 2 small people ourselves, but want to ensure all of our guests have a relaxing and peaceful stay.


No Smoking

 

Smoking and e-vaping is not allowed anywhere within Moore House. Guests failing to adhere to this policy will incur a £150 cleaning fee that will be charged to the card used to reserve the booking.


Exclusive Use

 

Please contact us to discuss specific terms and conditions for exclusive use of Moore House


Damages

 

If there is any damage or loss to your room, including any stains to any of the soft furnishings, we will charge the card used to reserve your booking either the full cost of repair/cleaning or replacement.
